Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.  It is extremely rare for donations to be requested to be refunded, so each request will be handled on a case by case basis.

Refunds

If it is agreed to refund a donation, we will process the refund from our transaction processor. It may take up to 21 days for the refund to appear on your statement.  

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
